If you are near a friend who is hosting a game, you can scan their QR code to instantly launch the App Clip and join their match—no download required.

Is an internet connection required?

Online play requires an internet connection. However, local multipeer play via the iOS app uses Bluetooth/Wi-Fi Direct and can work without an active internet connection.
